Opening hours: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday: 5pm - 7pm & Sunday: 3pm - 5pm

The Gatehouse is a drop-in centre for homeless and vulnerable people aged over 25 who accept the need for reasonable behaviour.. Tea, coffee, sandwiches, cake (soup in winter) are provided. The food is simple but nutritious and filling. People are welcome to come in to eat, drink, rest or meet others when the Gatehouse is open.

The Gatehouse provides companionship, newspapers, games and most of all a warm and quiet environment to recover from a day on the street. It is volunteer-led, with the support of a small professional staff team.

Alcohol or drugs are not allowed on the premises (except for alcohol if handed over for safe keeping during the session - it is returned to the owner as they leave), but no judgements are made about people who use these.

Services are free of charge to all who use it.

The Gatehouse has one laptop for Oxford Homeless College!
