Opening hours: The project is open 24 hours a day.
Non residents may access day services from 10am - 4pm.

The Night Shelter provides direct access, emergency accommodation for people over 25 years old. The Night Shelter also offers a separate resettlement unit for those clients who are able to work towards stable accommodation. There is a fee of £3 per night which includes accommodation, a hot evening meal, breakfast and use of all Day Shelter facilities. Services also include resettlement support and advice. Most of the accommodation is single room with en suite facilities. New arrivals for direct access must present at 7 p.m. to see if there is a bed available.

Day services are available for non-residents such as rough sleepers and street drinkers as well as for those staying at night. Non residents are able to access the Night Shelter facilities between 10am and 4pm. Laundry facilities, showers, kitchens, internet access and a reading library are available for client use.

Drinking is permitted on the premises in a separate wet facility. Non prescribed drugs are not permitted. Violence or intimidating behaviour is not tolerated. Harm minimisation work and needle exchange is available on the premises. Other health facilities are available next door in the Luther Street Medical Centre.
